Order Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed in the order they are received.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
    (Does not include weekends or holidays)

During high-volume seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship using USPS or UPS. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight of your order

  • Destination

  • Shipping method chosen

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Carrier issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For missing deliveries:

  • File a claim directly with USPS or UPS

  • Contact your local post office or carrier office

We will do our best to guide you through the process but cannot replace items lost due to carrier errors.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and work to make it right.
