No Returns
For the safety and hygiene of all customers, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

If approved, refunds are issued for the product cost only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items. Please contact the carrier directly.
